Diablo Women's Chorale seeks new singers
Diablo Women’s Chorale is seeking singers of all ranges for the spring season. Rehearsals are Monday evenings from 7 to 9 p.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, 399 Wiget Lane, Walnut Creek.
Interested singers may arrange an informal audition on January 9 or 16 with Director Mary Sorenson at 925-256-8961 after January 1. Prospective members are invited to attend the first rehearsal at 7:00 p.m. January 16. Our 70th Annual Spring Concert will be at St. Matthew in May. Vocal workshops and other performances are also being planned.
Diablo Women’s Chorale has been entertaining local audiences since 1942. It is a supportive group of community singers. Singers at all vocal ranges and levels of accomplishment are invited to join. Sight singing lessons are provided, as well as practice CDs, and more experienced singers have opportunities for solos and small group ensembles.
